Kevin Gipson is one of the founding members of the Bankruptcy Law Network.
He was admitted to practice law in Louisiana in1986. He initially worked in the legal department of Middle South Services (Entergy) and thenworked in an insurance defense firm where hetried cases before both Judges and Juries in both Federal and State Courts throughout Louisiana.
In 1995,hebecame a sole practitioner.
Over the yearshe has maintained a general civil law practice, but narrowed his practice areas in recent years to Bankruptcy, Succession and Estate Law. The majority of his practice is in the areas of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy.
He is admitted to practice before all State and Federal and Bankruptcy Courts throughout the State ofLouisiana.
Kevin has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music Performance from the University of New Orleans. He attended Loyola Law School, obtaining a Juris Doctorate degree in 1986.
Kevin’s office is conveniently located on the “Westbank” of the Mississippi River, in asuburb of New Orleans known as Algiers.
