15 Jun Bankruptcy and Foreclosure Defense Attorney Opens New Southern Illinois Office
Bankruptcy and Foreclosure Defense attorney Andy Miofsky announces the opening of his new office in Mt. Vernon Illinois.
“Clients from deep Southern Illinois are driving 90 minutes or more to my Granite City office for a consultation, so I know there is a need that isn’t currently being met in that area,” reports Andy Miofsky. “I also receive calls from residents on the Southeast side of Illinois and I am looking to expand into the Red Bud area next.”
Andy Miofsky operates his main office as A Bankruptcy Lawyer in Granite City. He has been a licensed attorney in Illinois since 1979 and in Missouri since 1980. He is a member of the nation’s largest consumer bankruptcy organization, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys; and he recently spoke at its’ national convention in Chicago on foreclosure issues in bankruptcy court. He is also a member of and past speaker for the National Association of Consumer Advocates.
Andy Miofsky defends mortgage foreclosure lawsuits and has filed thousands of bankruptcy cases over the years in the Southern District of Illinois Bankruptcy Court. Internet technology lets him spread his message of consumer protection throughout the area. He offers pages of free information on his main websites: www.ABankruptcyLawyer.net and www.IllinoisForeclosureAttorney.com. He also uses Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook as social networking tools that permit him to casually connect people with information from limitless sources.
The Mt. Vernon office is located at 3218 W Broadway, just blocks from Interstate 57, and is open through the week with a special emphasis on Friday and Saturday appointments. “Some Southern Illinois residents will have to drive a ways to reach me, even in Mt. Vernon. I want to make my office convenient. My clients need to work every hour they can. I don’t want my clients to miss work to see me.” Appointments can be scheduled in the new office by calling (618) 931-1313.
