Boston Bankruptcy Court Moves

The Boston Bankruptcy Court has moved from North Station to Post Office Square. The new address is John W. McCormack Court House, 5 Post Office Square, Suite 1150, Boston, MA 02109-3945. Boston court hearings and creditor meetings will be held at the new location for the foreseeable future. However, creditor meetings in Chapter 7 cases will continue to be assigned to Brockton for debtors living in Plymouth, Bristol, Barnstable, Dukes, and Nantucket counties.
