I know that many of them could save their homes with Bankruptcy Reform by allowing Judge Paskay , the longest sitting Bankruptcy Judge in the United States, to reform their home mortgages.
The arguments against bankruptcy reform are in a nutshell just silly. Reform will cost the taxpayes nothing, unlike the bank bailout. Conversely, bankruptcy reform just may save a once thriving Lee County, Florida from economic collapse.
