New Massachusetts Bankruptcy Web Site

The Massachusetts Bankruptcy Court recently launched a new web site. Judge’s opinions, local rules, and general bankruptcy information for both debtors and creditors can be found on the site. Among other things, under the Announcements Section is a copy and notice of the proposed revisions to the local rules of bankruptcy procedure.
