Professor Elizabeth Warren With Advice On Credit Cards
By Kevin Gipson, New Orleans Bankruptcy Attorney on Oct 12, 2007 in General Bankruptcy Information, Louisiana
The name Elizabeth Warren appears in a number of articles on the Bankruptcy Law Network.
She is a professor of law at Harvard Law School and is a well known and respected writer and speaker on the subjects of bankruptcy and consumer credit.
In a very interesting interview on smartmoneytv Professor Warren discusses the nearly impossible task of comprehending a credit card application, and discusses some of the major traps found in today’s credit card agreements such as universal default clauses and arbitration clauses. (Our own Brett Weiss also discusses the topics universal default and arbitration clauses in articles on BLN).
This online interview with Professor Warren is an eyeopener and is worth the time to see.
