In the Western District of Pennsylvania, Debtors are Able to Track Their Plan Payments Online

The Standing Chapter 13 Trustee in the Western District, Ronda Winnecour, uses a system which makes it possible for Debtors with pending Chapter 13 Cases to track their payments as well as the Trustee’s disbursements  online.   The website which Debtors need to access to make this happen is located here.   Once the Debtor has loaded this webpage, click on the link labelled “Chapter 13 Inquiry”.  Clicking on this link will take the Debtor to a screen which requests a user name and password.  If the Debtor enteres the word “debtor” for user name and the same word again for the password and then clicks “Login”, the Debtor will then be asked to enter their social security number.  Once the social security number has been entered, the system makes the Debtor’s records accessible.

Attorney Winnecour is to be commended for implementing such a user (debtor) friendly system!
