The U.S. Bankruptcy Court is located at 401 West Trade Street, Charlotte, NC 28202, in the Charles Jonas Federal Courthouse. The courthouse is between Graham Street and Mint Street, just blocks away from “The Square” (intersection of Trade St. and Tryon St.), the Panther’s stadium, and Johnson and Wales University.Court Hearing for Charlotte Division cases (Mecklenburg, Union, Gaston and Anson Counties) are held at this courthouse, but creditor meetings are not.
