I have a question : Over the past 6 months I have been getting phone calls to my personal cell phone, not my work, not my home, but my cell phone, which not listed, from a company who has given several business names, trying to get me to give information about myself and talk me into letting them consolidate my debt. #1) I don't really need any debt consolidation right now #2)How did they get my cellphone #3) the number is always blocked or restrcited (Isn't that illegal if they are soliciting me randomly?) #4) No offense to anyone, but I can't understand a single word they say because they are speaking a strong dialect from India #5) They refuse to give me any information about there company (I know it's the same people calling back over and over, even though I've asked to be removed from their list) and they tell me it's Debt Free Consolidation, National Consolidation, or other similar names. #6) I've tried looking them up on the web and can't find anything (They've even given fictitional Web sites) #7) All I know is everyone of them, when asked, tells me their company is based in Florida #8)The finally messed up and the alst time they just called, moments ago, a phone number actually showed up on my cell phone. What can I do to Stop these people from calling (basically harassing me), sue them, get the government to shut them down, something, anything ?!?!?!?!?!?!? HHhhellp !
