This is particularly relevant for families who are forced for one reason or another to dedicate all of their &quot;disposable income&quot; to a Chapter 13 Plan for three to five years.  A little belt-tightening and strict budgeting during participating in such a plan is unfortunately necessary, but oftentimes very difficult to impliment, because these same families have already spent years pre-bankruptcy filing trying to belt-tighten.</description>
