Do You Know What the Super Bowl and Bankruptcy Have In Common?

Players and Coaches

Ask your friends why a team makes it to the Super Bowl and you will get a few different answers. “My team has the best quarterback in Peyton Manning!” or “The Chicago Bears defense can stop anyone!” If you ask me, I would say that great coaches help gel the great players and create strategies that move the teams forward to the glory they seek.

Coaches Can Minimize Risk with Great Strategies

In bankruptcy as it is in football, if you do not have a coach to help you focus on the strategy and big picture, your team may never make it to the big game.

Countless people are kicked out of bankruptcy or receive lackluster results, because they thought “I can do bankruptcy myself” or “it’s just bankruptcy how hard can it be.” And when I, a bankruptcy attorney who has helped hundred of people, am sitting at the bankruptcy 341 hearings and these people are asked by the Bankruptcy Judge or Trustee “when are you going to turnover an asset?” or “why did they pay a family member before bankruptcy and when is that family member giving the money back to the Bankruptcy Trustee?” I shake my head and wish they had just hired a coach, a bankruptcy attorney, someone to help them navigate the game, so these issues could have been handled appropriately.

Bankruptcy Attorney’s To Get You There

A bankruptcy attorney can review your individual bankruptcy case for possible risks, create a strategy to deal with issues before you file, help you make the right choices, help eliminate surprises and make sure your case goes as smoothly as possible. You do not have to try and navigate the season yourself. Get a coach! Bankruptcy attorneys are here to help get you on the winning track.
